Personalized one-on-one yoga sessions in Berkeley, Piedmont, Lafayette, and Oakland Hills designed for mid-career professionals dealing with stress, physical tension, and the demands of a busy life. Build a sustainable practice that fits your schedule, addresses your specific needs, and delivers real results.

Who This Is For

This is for professionals who know they need to prioritize their health but don't have bandwidth for trial and error. You're dealing with chronic stress that shows up as physical tension—tight shoulders, back pain, or a body that just feels compressed from sitting all day. You've tried addressing this on your own, but you need someone who actually understands your schedule, your constraints, and can give you a practice that works within your real life. You want results, not theory. You want guidance that adapts to you, not the other way around. If this resonates, we should talk.

What to Expect in Your Sessions

Every 60-minute session is built around what you need that day—physically, mentally, and emotionally. We combine movement, breathwork, and meditation, but the balance shifts based on what you need. Some days we focus on physical tension and pain relief. Other days we emphasize breathwork for stress management or meditation for mental clarity.  We work together in your home in Berkeley, Piedmont, Lafayette, Oakland Hills, or virtually via video call. You bring a yoga mat and comfortable space. I bring focused attention and expertise for the entire hour.

Active & Strengthening Practice - When you need to move stagnant energy, build physical strength, or work through tension, we practice dynamically. You'll build flexibility, strength, and feel more grounded in your body. This isn't about perfect poses—it's about movement that serves your body's actual needs.

Restorative Yoga - When you're burned out, recovering from poor sleep, or your nervous system is overwhelmed from stress, we shift to gentle, supported postures. This helps your body actually rest and restore rather than pushing through exhaustion. Most professionals need more of this than they think.

Breathwork & Meditation - You'll learn practical techniques to manage stress in real-time—not just during sessions, but throughout your workday. These aren't abstract practices; they're tools you can use when you're stuck in traffic, before a difficult meeting, or when you can't sleep.

The practice adapts to your life. Some weeks you need intensity and challenge. Other weeks you need to slow down and recover. That's the point—it responds to where you actually are, not where some curriculum says you should be.

How it Works

Step 1: Schedule a Complimentary Intro Call (15 minutes) - We discuss your goals, challenges, and what you're looking for in a yoga practice. This brief call helps us determine if we're a good fit to work together.

Step 2: Complimentary First Session (60 minutes) - Experience personalized instruction designed specifically for your body and needs. Choose in-home or virtual for your intro session. No obligation—this is your chance to see if my approach works for you.

Step 3: Choose Your Package - If it feels right, select a weekly practice schedule that fits your life. Most clients practice 1-2 times per week. Consistency is key to building stress resilience and seeing real transformation.

Investment & Packages

I work with clients on a package basis rather than single drop-in sessions. Packages create the consistency needed for lasting results—reducing stress, building flexibility, and developing a sustainable practice.

Standard Practice - Weekly sessions (1x per week) for steady progress and stress management. Ideal for maintaining wellness and building a foundation.

Accelerated Results - Twice-weekly sessions (2x per week) for faster transformation. This frequency delivers both better results and better value per session. Most clients see significant changes within the first month.

Private yoga is a premium, personalized service.  I work with a select number of private clients to ensure quality and availability.  Investment depends on session frequency and commitment level. I discuss specific rates and package options on the complimentary intro call after understanding your goals and needs.

Why Work with Me?

I've worked with CEOs, Olympic athletes, attorneys, entrepreneurs, and corporate managers for over 15 years. These are people who can't afford to waste time on approaches that don't work. What they value—and what you'll get—is a practice designed specifically for your body, your stress patterns, and your goals. You're not managing a yoga practice around your life; you're building a practice that makes your life more sustainable. Sessions happen in your home or virtually, so there's no commute, no wondering if you're in the right place, no adjusting your schedule around class times. You show up, we work, you leave feeling better. That's the value.
